iMergencies immediate phone interpreting, support and guidance service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year by calling 808 911 112 from Portuguese numbers or 00351 912 390 040. for international calls.
*You will be presented an emergency card, as well as a car sticker and phone stickers with our contact numbers. (*not when inscribed through the App)
Creating maps from GPS data file
iMergencies uses satellite images to draw an accurate access route map to your home. This information is protected against misuse and will only be shared with third party emergency partners when applicable.
Emergency cards and vehicle stickers
All our members will receive a pocket size emergency card and a sticker to place on the windscreen of their vehicles. In a crisis, our members or other people (including the emergency services), will be able to easily get in touch with us to access additional information.
Emergency contacts in home country
During a crisis, iMergencies will notify your family or friends in your home country acting as a point of contact between you for as long as required.
Pet Care
If you are unable to take care of your pets due to an emergency, we will act according to the instructions that you previously passed on to us.
However, if no previous arrangements have been made, we’ll ensure that your animals are collected and cared for.
Other Services
Family card
For customers who have now signed a contract with iMergencies, they have the option of purchasing a family card. The family card was created for private homeowners (where the property is not used for commercial purposes). If family or friends of the owner stay in the property, they can use a limited part of our service. The services that can be used are: our verbal translation service (by phone), emergency advice and of course we have the coordinates of the property which we will share with the relevant emergency services in case of an emergency.
GPS Panic Alarm & Tracker
Additionally, all guests will be able to rent-out a GPS Panic Alarm & Tracker.
In an emergency, by pressing the red Alarm-Button, help via direct voice call or SMS can be requested.
